The manual range consysts of different kind of synchronizers, available in the de facto industry’s standard sizes and with all friction materials that make them suitable for the light as well as for the heavy duty applications.
Cattini’s synchronizers are supplied mainly to the ag tractor and construction machinery segments but find their way also into 4×4 light vehicles as well as into commercial vehicles.
The power shift range consists of assemblies of gears and wet clutch disc carriers that enable – mainly on off-highway vehicles – the gear shift with no noticeable power interruption, thus, making progress of the vehicle sure even in a severe driving environment. Cattini has mastered the electron beam welding and the final, hard gear finishing processes, to be able to provide Customers with a precise and reliable piece of equipment to assure a long life and trouble-free operation.
Full range of standard synchronizers from 56 to 114 mm and friction materials for light, medium and heavy duty. Wet clutch assemblies with EB or laser welding and advanced finishing for maximum power density.
